Estadat was established in 2019 as Residence Stadiums. This was later changed to Estadat Sports Facility Management.
Estatad is establishing and managing clubs under the brand name “ City Club“ in cooperation with the Urban Communities Authority.
PFI acquired a 20% ownership stake of Estadat in 2021, with an investment amount of EGP 950mn. PFI sees the growth of the company as essential, especially with the building boom of state-of-the-art sports facilities across Egypt and the region.
